It was a great full body massage. I feel very relaxed the space was clean & calm.
I hadn't had a massage in a long time so I was really looking forward to this. First time here for a Swedish Massage. Experience was wonderful! I loved her style and technique. Pressure was just right for me, very professional, the studio is adorable, nice customer service all the way around, and every muscle was tended to! Felt much better returning to work that week. Already looking forward to my next one!
I booked an appointment online and recieved a text confirmation for my appointment. Thirty minutes before my appointment I recieved a text notification that my appointment had been canceled without any notice or information as to why. I called to try and find out why and recieved no answer or call back from my voicemail. This is highly unprofessional and very inconvenient as my time is now wasted.
I see Karen religiously every 2 weeks for a 90 minute massage. I am pretty hard on my body, but she is so great about sensing what my body needs and uses multiple techniques to release tight muscles and toxins. With every massage I feel so relaxed and ready to go 200% in all I do for the next 2 weeks!!!
I appreciate Bianca is passionate about making every massage the best experience possible. I also appreciate that she offers other methods besides traditional massage practice, like hot stones, cupping, and bamboo. I can't wait for my next massage!
