I bought tile from Gregory years ago for our bathrooms and he helped me come up with a design that turned out great. A custom look.nI came back and hired Vladimir to remodel my kitchen and replace the flooring. The wood-look tile flooring and backsplash turned out fabulous. We were able to come up with a flow of color that integrated the floors, cabinets, backsplash and paint that turned out amazing. Vlad and Pedro did quality work and we are very proud of the way it turned out.

I had a great experience with the whole family at this business. I bought the tile here for my kitchen, master bath and 2 smaller bathrooms. Had I consulted with Bianca and Gregory early on in the design process, I would have saved myself a week of indecision and anxiety about tile choices. Bianca put together my kitchen design in 10 minutes and it looks amazing. Gregory is great at pulling it all together and suggesting design details. They did not do the installation but were extremely accommodating with my rushed schedule, even sending a truck on a special trip so I could have my tile on time. Their prices were great and when I found a tile at a lower cost, they matched that price. The guys can be a bit grumpy on the phone but when I teased them about this, they immediately became very gracious every time I called. What more could one ask for? Thank you!

We bought $1,000 of kitchen flooring tiles from this store. The tiles were much more expensive than Chinese made because we liked the US made tiles looked. Big mistake. The tiles (12x24) were seriously bowed. These tiles are made by Datile in Texas and the model is CC10. Unfortunately the tiler installed the tiles before telling us how bad it was. The result is that the floor is very uneven and the thin grouts look terrible.nnWe contacted the store many times, by text and in person. They gave us the runaround and faked not remembering our complaint. The last time we texted them they responded that they would talk to the owner of the store and get back to us. Of course it didn't happen either. The result is that after over a month, Factor Surfaces doesn't stand behind the product they sell.nnWe will never shop at this store ever again.

Our experience with Gregory was a mixed bag. While he had good design ideas and good selection, the execution of the project and our interaction with him was hit and miss. Selling us half used bags of grout and asking for the unused portion back, selling us the wrong grout, providing quotes that were 35% below what he really charged for the countertop, calling us 2 days before the countertop was to be installed saying it was an unusually large piece of material and that he would have to find a jumbo piece, but then not needing to do so - a number of easily avoidable mistakes made the project more drama filled than needed (and more pricey than he quoted).
