Really the only bad thing they did with out mynConsent was deduct the prorated amount for April and the month of may. I was told from the phonenConversation I would be billed. So in happy with this I'm only glad I had the money in my account. Other then that I could Not be any more happy.

I have had nothing but a bad experience with ADT! They lied to me during the installation process and refuse to let us out of contract despite a technician reporting that the service does not work as described! Since then several technicians have been out and it’s still not working properly! Save your money and time by going anywhere else!!!! As a military family we were depending on ADT for true security not the idea of it!
Hands down the best customer service I've received from start to finish. The sales rep was amazing in listening to what I needed for security. He walked me through the process of what was to come and even worked with me with my schedule. The technician was amazingly friendly, professional, and very courteous. The installation was easy and he explained everything he was doing and why. Afterward, he spent some time making sure I had everything I needed to keep my family safe, helped us completely setup the system, and explained all my options as well as how everything worked. Again. One of the best and easiest thing to do. 10/10 would do it again or recommend to others.
