Photo team went out og their way to help me on such a busy night 12.23.19 I really appreciate the excellent service and going out of your way to help others. While I was there I watched this team help several people. Again Thank you

It's Walgreens. You get prescription medication there and for some reason they sell Easter candy 365 days a year. There's one in every city somehow despite it being virtually empty every time you go in. This review could be for literally any other Walgreens in the country

Very helpful and very good service very satisfied and appreciate them

My daughter and I went to this location to print a single picture from the photo dept. kiosk around 8:20am. We went directly to the kiosks and were greeted by Demetrius moments after sitting down. He offered assistance and constantly checked on us. We did have to change machines after numerous tries and multiple cables. Another employee took over the photo lab about 10-15 min later. She immediately asked us if we needed assistance. Demetrius also continued to check on us although he seemed to be all over the store. We browsed while we were waiting for our photos (which would be ready a little after 9). A few minutes later, the photo lab employee found us and told us our photos were ready. We continued shopping after we paid for our photos. I went to the front cashier at one point to ask for an item on a top shelf. Demetrius showed up instantly with a ladder and retrieved the item. Well, it turns out the stock of the item he got for me was on a lower shelf elsewhere in that aisle. My bad! I was not given a bad attitude much less corrected or instructed to get the item from there as would have probably happened most other places! I want to give 5 stars because the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL; but realistically dealing with the kiosk/malfunctioning equipment was annoying. But, the great service atmosphere and merchandise more than made up for it. As we left the store I got the biggest surprise...I read on the storefront glass the name of the Manager is-Demetrius! Good job Walgreens for hiring an outstanding leader! He and his staff all deserve a raise!
