I went looking for a laptop that said they had in the store online. Went to the store to buy it. Not only did they not have the laptop in the store, the most expensive laptop they have is 700.00. The laptop I was looking for was just under 2000.00. I have a medical reason not to wear a mask at the moment due to neck surgery and wearing a hard collar, I cannot move my head left, right, or down. I cannot breathe with a mask on. My doctor has told me I fall under the medical condition to not wear a mask period. Needless to say I was told by their associate that I had to wear a mask, keeping in mind I have gone to the local hospital several times to pick up prescriptions and not once have I been asked or worn a mask in this hospital. I explained right on their sign it states wear a mask unless medical condition. I was less than impressed with this treatment and even less impressed that they do not carry a laptop over 700.00. Huge false information and advertisement.

5 stars hands down. Jay and Robert you guys are what makes office depot a great establishment. Just WOW!!! Been here twice in the last 2 days and these guys have A1 customer service and are some hats off multi-taskers. Don't do review's unless it's really bad or i come across fellaz like Jay and Robert and it's beyond average. I really do appreciate you guys.

I was able to see a manager chase a thief out and recover a stolen item. Give this manager a raise and fix your entrance/exit to make this harder for thieves in the future. To the manager - thanks for making my day and being courteous in a situation where your head is always on a swivel.

Great customer service, there's lots of people to help you with anything your looking for and they were very friendly, I shop there alot and I've always had good results and they price match.

I had to send a fax to Employment Security and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I am truly grateful that you guys are there to provide an important service. The gentleman helping me send the fax even knew the correct number to use as he has had to send so many faxes to ESD in our area.
