Worst store I’ve been to lately!! The female (only employee in the store at the time) that I spoke to was so rude! She had just sat down and I had to knock on the window in order for her to even come back to the door. When she did she was so rude, asked what brought me “into the store today” and continue to pretend to be listening. She rolled her eyes and at that point I said “never mind” and just left! I get that we are living through a difficult time but you get paid to be nice to people, I was not rude to her at all. She rather stay on her phone sitting behind a counter where she can barely be seen while on the clock!!
Seems nice, but i've come here twice to pay my bill and both times, in the middle of the day, the doors are locked and i have to call the store inside to get them to open the door during business hours. Just now i went in around 1:30 and the doors were locked, and when the girl came to open the door she didn't explain why or apologize for the inconvenience. The sign on the door says they're open from 10-7:30... I think they need to hire this girl some assistance.
The employees were pleasant but the issues after issues my parents ran across from the corporate customer service people over the phone was ridiculous and they worked for over an hour and a half to try and get port authorized. All said and done my parents feel as if they were charged more than they should have and the time spent was rough alone. Employees are really nice and pleasant just problems with systems which is no fault of the ladies.
