Went in for a birthday gift. Found it and a few other things I couldn't live without. Always have what I want and more. Use their coupons!

They had in stock a meat grinder. A family member is at end of life and he requested one. I found this store had one. A bit more pricey than other shops. Actually it was almost twice the price of every other one I found online. I ordered and payed for online and did the curbside pick up option. They had the order filled in about 15 minutes. The curbside pick up notification in the email to let them know he had arrived didn't work when my husband got to the store. He tried several times and had to give up and go in. It was close to closing time. So maybe if they kept an eye on the pick up parking to see of people are parked there and the staff can go out to assist. They know if they have any curbside pick up orders pending. So in the end, even paying too much, we were able to give a dying man something he wanted to make a family recipe one more time.

I've been shopping at this store for several years and I love the products sold here which is the primary reason why I always come back. My issue is that every time I'm in the store, I'm being obviously followed around by a couple of the associates who should recognize my face. I make conversation with them so they can get to know me better, but it doesn't change their perception that I may be a shoplifter. Of course I'm not though. The issue isn't exactly that they follow me, but that they only follow me and other black shoppers. Sometimes I'll look into the store before walking in and see other shoppers walking around unmonitored. But when I walk in, I'll see an associate spot me from across the store and will either walk directly to me and pretend to offer help, and when I deny the offer of help, they'll continuously bother me while ignoring the other shoppers. Or they'll just follow me. The few times, they didn't notice me in the store, I would stand somewhere where they wouldn't easily notice me and I'd just observe their lack of attentiveness to the other shoppers. But as soon as I make my appearance there they are. I've made mention a few times of how they make me feel uncomfortable and are only following people of color, but there wasn't any replies, apologies, nor changed behavior. If loss prevention is what they want then they should treat all customers the same. There are two associates that are really friendly at the register. It's unfortunate that I can't recall their names, but I feel welcomed solely by these individuals.
