Multiple times the staff at this pharmacy gave me different instructions on how to get my prescriptions and Also a couple times this incidence happened where they didn’t have the medication... they’d give me a weeks worth and tell me to come back in a week to get the rest but the prescription expired and they didn’t let me know so I’d have to go back to my doctor again to get the prescription again just to get the rest of the prescription filled when they had the medication in. Also, was frustrating that you’d stand there right in front of the service line for quite some time before someone would acknowledge your existence and offer assistance although they were staffed and no other customers where there.
Very very poor costumer!! The pharmacy technicians are not friendly at all (ignorant, at that). definitely not willing to help find better alternative options when it comes to prices of medications. And don’t bother trying to use a coupon for medication! Definitely a HUGE reminder of why I take the extra 30 minuets to travel to Monroe, to aspen ridge pharmacy for medications vs. going to Walmart pharmacy and getting treated poorly, and paying a fortune for medications that are way cheaper else where in our area... definitely go to another pharmacy the higher prices, aren’t worth the poor costumer service. Highly recommend the pharmacy technicians get new attitudes, and provide better, kinder costumer service to our area!!!
