Bellevue Memorial Park

Manager Kelley B. wow! Completely unprofessional, and just RUDE over the phone in July 2020. We spoke to Kelley regarding the possibility of planting a tree at the western end of Sunset Courtyard where our loved one is buried. Our family spends A LOT of time at the cemetery, we are talking daily visits, and there is not a tree in sight. Kelley was completely rude while merely asking about possibly planting a tree, we couldn’t even finish our sentence as she just kept shutting us down saying “no no , could you imagine if we just planted a tree everywhere someone wanted it “ Our family has several plots in sunset courtyard, obviously in hindsight we should have paid attention to the trees / shade. Over the last couple months in sunset courtyard , they actually have been replacing some of the old trees with new trees, which is exactly why we called now, to see if we could get one in our vicinity. There was just no reason for this manager to be so rude. A simple “I’m sorry, we can’t accommodate that request” with an explanation would do it. But like we said, she wouldn’t even allow us to finish our sentence, just kept interrupting us “no, no”.nOn a separate note, Mary Helen was very pleasant over the phone, tried to help the best she could. Also Manuel in maintenance is awesome and very caring. Also, this review is one star solely due to Kelleys behavior, not a reflection of the cemetery. Overall we do like Bellevue.

This place is clean and the mosuleum is cool. I have a father, grandmother, and grandfather, all inside the mosuleum and when ever I go to pay my respects I find that the plots have been well managed and cared for. Its quiet inside for personal solitude and contemplation. Rain or shine, the hours are consistent and on time. Theres a middle school called Vina Danks. Her grave is there too. I've seen it myself. The older part of the cemetery has some realy interesting grave stones. From simple to ornate design and styles. I'm proud to have a part of that fine place for my deceased family members.

Very unprofessional gardening ... we paid for maintenance and it’s horrible. It’s sad how when they cut the grass they destroy and throw away everything you buy out of your pocket. They have no RESPECT also they misplace the things and never put them back ... we put a cross for my dad and they took it out! They had no right to do so !! So why did we even pay for maintenance if it’s not good at all.

Love this place! Alot of my family is here been coming since I was a kid. It's beautiful and peaceful!

My mom is buried here and also all her family and friends really nice cemetery
