The woman working at the front desk was rude and unfriendly. On top of that, she refused to have the order loaded on my truck with the excuse that her guys were at lunch. I observed at least 3 workers in the warehouse that could've loaded it in 5 minutes, but she refused to have them do so. Totally unprofessional! Because of her horrible behavior I wasted a chunk of my time and my job was delayed. I will never again use LJ Stone because of this person and my company does hundreds of thousands of dollars in bath and kitchen remodels a year. I will use one of the many other stores on 9th street and I advise you do so also.

I've been working with LJ Stone down for about a year and I enjoy shopping here. Gary and Carlos are a pleasure to do business with. They have a very nice selection of stone and courts. I have not had any problem with any of the materials that I have purchased from them. It is always a pleasure to do business with LJ Stone.
