Overall helpful, but be sure to ask for an itemized receipt if you are adjusting your plan or buying a new phone. I was signed up for a few monthly programs without my knowledge which I later had to manually go in and cancel. Friendly service, but double check it.
Talked with Oscar about replacing my granddaughters phone. He explained all our options, and we later that afternoon returned and purchased a new phone. Oscar always greets me as soon as I walk through the door, bye my name. He is absolutely, the “very best” in customer relations. He makes me feel like I’m the #1 customer. LOVE to shop Verizon, simply because of how I’m treated at your store, and of corse the prices and products you offer. Don’t ever loose Oscar!!
Your employees have always been very helpful and supportive when ever I come into the store for my endless questions. They are very welcoming and patient with me which I appreciate being that updating to my phone has been a challenge for me to get use to.
