Best service and best price very friendly people to deal with
I would give 10 STARS if that was possible. Stan has been exceptional to work with on a chair order. The freight company has made errors on 2 shipments. Stan worked diligently to take care of the shipping company's mistake (just to clarify at no time did Jones Glass and Decorating make any mistakes - they made absolutely certain that I was taken care of). I have never ordered furniture online before. I was so impressed with Jones' pricing that I tried it. I am glad I did. I will continue to shop here for any furniture I need. Shop here, you will be happy you did.
My experience with this company was wonderful! Very helpful during the ordering process - finding out questions I had. Great price! Free shipping! I had never bought furniture without looking at swatches so a little nervous about that. I love the chairs,but better my husband loves his new chair. The chairs arrived sooner than I expected especially since we chose white-glove delivery. The company that delivered our chairs were great! Very competent, polite men. They are a local moving company I would definitely use again.
I purchased this chair after performing a lengthy detailed search for a Lane chair, Stan was very qualified and an absolute honor to work with. They offered the best price, service and turn around time that I could find. I stored the new chair and waited until my previous Lane recliner (15+ years old) was at the end of it's service life, I am sitting on my new recliner as of this writing. I recommend Land over any other product on the market due to their quality,price, workmanship and warranty.
I will utilize this dealer for other Lane products in the future. I give them a 10 out of 10 for their service and products.
i give jones five stars for there quick response order was shipped in two days and arrived in salt lake two days later but unfortunutly the shipper who resides about ten miles from me estes trucking cant deliver for 20 days to me that is unexceptibul so i will not order from jones again or until they get a reliable shipper
