Great store. Top notch customer service. Clean bathrooms even.
After ordering a generator, my order kept getting delayed. I was on the phone for 2 hours trying to get to the source of the issue. I called customer service, online support, and the manager. Online support and the manager were quite friendly. Turns out it was a glitch in the system. But...now I'm stuck waiting another month for my order, and out 2 hours for the phone calls, and 13 days for the glitch with my order. Not too happy. Would have cancelled the order....but need the generator. Guess the customer paid the price this time. Will NEVER order anything through HomeDepot again.
App is easy and the local staff is helpful. We shop there a lot so something is bound to go wrong, but the manager and assistant manager fix issues quickly and fairly.
