Took my laptop in because my hard drive crashed, and wanted to see if they could retrieve anything off it. They told us they could so they put in a new one and said they would still work on the old one. After two days they couldn't get anything. Then tried to charged us more money when we went to pick up the old hard drive. Family friend took my hard drive since he knows computer and was able to retrieve my files! So don't go here looking to get your files retrieve
Don't go here. These people ripped me off. I took my computer in to have windows 10 loaded onto it. They talked me into paying $150 for an old beat up piece of junk with a virus. They talked me into giving them my computer which was older but much bigger screen and in mint condition. After loading the windows 10 I wouldn't have had office on it on the old computer so that's why I made the trade. I got the new one home and went to load my Norton anti virus and a pop up saying I could now enroll at Everest college kept coming up. Anything I did on the computer this pop up kept coming up. I am a busy lady and have other computers so used them. I finally googled this and found out it was a virus. When I called after 5 to 6 weeks they said they would fix this old beat up computer for $150. I could have actually bought a new hard drive and the latest office suite and had a brand new computer if I would have kept my old one. Well lesson learned. I knew better!!!
