This is the place to go! I took my PC in with a motherboard failure. They were on it almost immediately and since I dropped it in the morning I had it back the same day. The tech went well above and beyond and updated everything for me too. The PC has never worked better. Excellent value for the money.

I am a professional composer and arranger, demanding high speed, multi-core, mega RAM, and multi-server environments to ensure the resposiveness of DAWs, virtual instruments, notation programs, microphone performance, etc. Techs at Computer Citi understand this and built a very fine system that saved me thousands over popular brands. Better yet, after market service has been outstanding and I have usually got my problems solved and repaired in less than a day or two. This is crucial when you have production studios breathing down your neck. Certainly better than those prepaid warrantees. Have these guys build your next system! And, if you are a musician, they know what you need!

The screen to my laptop was damaged while it was in the shop and they refuse to take responsibility. When I dropped it off the hinge on the laptop was broken so the monitor was visible and I know 1000% there was no damage to it. When I picked it up and asked about it he said oh it’s glue or a burning. This laptop is used by my 12-year-old who doesn’t have adhesives like that and doesn’t smoke. This clearly happened at the shop while they were replacing the back cover however they would not accept responsibility. In addition the laptop was there for more than a month waiting for the part and they never called to update me I had to continue to call for updates because there was absolutely no communication for them. Very poor service.
