Best buy is already known for being a good place to shop when you need some tech, and this one is no different. Knowledgeable employees are roaming the store, constantly asking customers if they need assitance in the kindest ways and I think that sets them apart from other places. I came in recently to purchase a galaxy s 6 tab and the purchase went by very smoothly, the employee even went to the back to make sure they were in stock for me! I will definitely be making a return
No ONE WILL EVER ANSWER THE PHONE... IT CAN RING FOR HOURS.. I’M SITTING HERE JUST LETTING IT RING TO SEE HOW MANY HOURS IT’LL GO...nIt’s now October and it’s now solid busy.. can’t reach them!
The customer service at this location is absolutely dreadful, they will not help you and fight with you when you pose simple questions.
