If you are a T-Mobile customer on transferring from another carrier, I would advise you to come to this store. The manager, Weylin, really went above and beyond in remedying a situation he had nothing to do with creating.nnHe understands the T-Mobile processes and can navigate through the difficulties often presented in dealing with technical issues and associated billing problems by phone through the 611 option.nnI'd imagine Weylin is probably going to end up being promoted to an even more substantial role with T-Mobile in the future, based upon what I experienced, so catch him while you can.
Amanda helped me trade in my old phone for the new iPhone. She was very nice and was able to answer all my questions :)
There is a reason why we stay with T-Mobile!nT-Mobile made a mistake and it had been overcharging us for about 6 months now. We made an appointment and went down to talk to a specific person. They had great sanitizing and social distancing protocols in place. They were very appreciative of us not just walking in but getting an actual appointment. It took a little while for them to figure it out they made it right, and they also credited our account with a $25 credit for the mistake that they had made.nThe person that handled our account went above and beyond regular customer service in getting this problem fixed. This is why we stay with T-Mobile, and also go to this one particular T-Mobile store because everyone there rocks!

We had something unfortunate happen while we were upgrading our phones, the employees there were fantastic at helping us take care of the issue and with in 48 hours the issue was resolved completely . I really appreciate that they took the time to take care of everything even through hard times. Michelle and Cheryl were awesome:) and thanks to everyone else who helped.
