This place is a scam not a Authorized Dealer. They will take your money and run. I lost $340.00 this store and I didn't even need to buy anything but they wouldn't help me with my problem with my phone. In fact didn't even look at my phone. Just sold me a different phone that was defective out of the box. The next day wouldn't help me with it. So I am writing this now on to my BBB report. Stay away go to a Authorized Dealer. Please!! Wish I could leave no Star.
Its been 3 times now Ive gone in and they have no change at all for cash for me to pay my bill.nI then have to go split my money somewhere else.nI was lucky today that he had enough quarters to give me my change. How does a store not have petty change for situations like people who pay things in cash?
Store was clean but their employee was not wearing a face mask of any kind and was sitting out on the open - I.e. not behind a counter plexiglass or anything. Disappointing given they require customers to enter to wear one (which is a smart thing in and of itself) but not the employees.
I've been to this store twice and both times it was great. Steve is the best he helped me choose a phone for a new line and an upgrade for my hubby. He also helped me with my upgrade when my phone broke. He will give you a very honest opinion on which phone is best
