I went in to upgrade my phone and a gentleman named Garrett was outstandingly helpful. He set me up with the brand new iPhone 12, answered all of my questions, and even assured me that my bill would remain the same and not go over a certain amount. Went there to purchase a phone... was actually happy with the service up until the end. I was charged a tech support upgrade fee and didn't even realize it until I checked the receipt. The rep never mentioned anything about this $20 fee and felt like a sleek one was pulled on me. When I returned to get an explanation on the fee, it seemed as if the rep wanted to sell me insurance for the device with no clear answer to my original question. Rep should get his knowledge up and just be upfront on company imposed fees.
I have had issues with trying to make multiple lines come to my phone--on another carrier for many years. Three of the lines would revert to voicemail and I could not answer them directly. The other carrier tried for years and could not make this work for me and offered no alternative. T-mobile resolved the issue almost immediately via Digits app. and it works now for the first time in many years. The sound resolution quality is superior on T-mobile and the delay seems less so conversations are effective now. The signal is stronger in my office and home, much stronger. It is a good match for me over the other carrier. I'm pleased. And T-mobile is saving me a lot of money every month over the other carrier.
