Kat's Lash & Spa

I’ve been going to Kats regularly for about a year now and have been seeing Brianna for most of that time. She always makes me feel comfortable and I have not once left without feeling beautiful and amazed by her work! I’ve recommended her to several old coworkers and after seeing and experiencing her services they have said the same positive things.

Tech never discussed with me what I wanted my lashes to look like. My eyes burned and watered through the entire process. After I saw my lashes they were so short they barely looked like I had extensions at all. Then when I questioned why they were short another lady stormed in the room and said let me look. Which I'm not even sure what she had to do with the conversation. I've had lashes before and this was not what i wanted and had she discussed with me prior we could have achieved the look i wanted. Now I'm just unhappy and have lashes i hate. Won't be back!

I've had extentions before done by students at a different location. I got a groupon for this place. I saw Sophie, she was nice. Unfortunately that is it. She could not get the pads on my eyes correctly. She taped part of my undereye area instead of correcting the pad, infact there was a lot of tape. She never asked me what kind of lashes, as in the length or look. She gave me super long super curled lashes. I hate them. I wanted a more natural look but she never asked. I won't be going back, also they lashes look different on one eye than the other. Very disappointed and will probably have to pay more to get them fixed somewhere
