Cleopatra rejuvenation clinic is one of the worst places I have ever come across. Initially, I was happy with the services and packages provided for micro-needling and micro-dermabrassions. You could purchase a package of 5 and pay in advance and the pricing was quite reasonable compared to the competition. I have had about 3 micro-needling sessions and about 4 micro-dermabrassion sessions. But for the past 3-4 months I have been calling to schedule appointment. At first, I had forgotten how many of each of the services I had remaining, I called to ask. It took me 5 attempts to get the receptionist to return my call. It took another month for her to provide update on the remaining balance of services. It have now called atleast 10 times and have left numerous messages but can't get a hold of anyone. My money is lost. In short, the worst experience EVER!!!!!
