The people were very very very attentive polite professional I couldn't ask for better I've been fighting since April to get my daughter and wife here and I go into this office in an hour they have the documents taken care of and sent to where they needed to go so that I could get my family here

The customer service I received at the Long Beach Consulate is above and beyond 5 stars. The staff responded promptly to my emails and guide me thru a very important process to obtain the documents I needed in Panama. It is truly a pleasure to work with them.

No wonder Panama is listed as the top retirement place in the world.nnUpdate, June 2018: I called them today because I need some paperwork ready for my trip tomorrow. The consul was very understanding and accommodating. They are going out of their way to help me out. My experience with this consulate has been outstanding in all cases. I don't understand the complaints by other reviewers. I routinely deal with other consulates and this one is the best as far as friendliness and attitude, and they are professional and very efficient.
