If you need any sort of service come to this Verizon store! The guys in here are great and super helpful! My Mom needed a new phone so I went with her to help her out and give her advice.....well, I needn't have worried because Jordan was fantastic and went above and beyond helping her. He got her discounts she didn't know about, streamlined her apps on her new phone and was extremely patient and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and I felt totally comfortable sending my parents in there without me next time they had to go. This is the best Verizon store around!
Reina was absolutely wonderful to work with! There were so many problems with customer support for 2 days with our upgrades but she patiently worked the problems. We left with all the upgrades and the phones working properly. Note to management: She needs a raise and a day off! ud83dude0aud83dude0a
