I’m new to the area and I’m so pleased with this pharmacy. They are quick to get meds ready for pickup. The staff are courteous and professional.
If I could give this a lower rating I would. I had a prescription ordered a week ago and the insurance approved it but they forgot to click ok on it so it didn’t go through so I was without meds for a week. They ordered my meds then when I call at 1pm to see if they have it in they said yes and it would be about an hour. I came at 4pm and they told me 20 more min. I always have to wait 20min. Very bad quality and rude staff.
Am always greeted by name when I come here! Everyone is extremely helpful and kind. The service is always quick. And they are always able to answer any questions I have here!
Went their at 1345 and they were closed for lunch becouse they do not have enough staff on a Saturday afternoon what poor planning for the day with the most customers in the store
