I liked that they had a place to return Amazon returns in the back. Two employees were there to process returns so the line went really quickly.nNice athletic wear department.nTons of women's clothing on clearance the day I went, but not so much in the men's department.nInteresting makeup section with lots of cool gadgets to look at. The type of place where you say, wow I didn't know that existed.nClean and bright store.nI can't buy clothes that I can't try on so I am looking forward to dressing rooms opening up again. Why not have an attendant that can clean between? Other places do that just for carts so why not hire someone to monitor and clean the dressing rooms? You would sell way more clothing that. 1 * off for not adjusting to the new covid-19 cleanliness requirements. Come on people figure it out!

Overcharged me $10 for a pair of sweatpants and then didn't even give me full credit back for them when I returned them before was even out to my car.

Pleasant staff working. Staff are monitoring the amount of people shopping and Covid 19 protocols being adhered to.nLots of sales where you can get percent off and Kohl's cash throughout the store. Well stocked.

Always find great deals on the clearance racks. Save $233 and spent $36.

Selection is fine. Sales are fine. What I did not care for was overhearing the sales employees discuss how they despised crying babies and children. And the parents that “did nothing” about it. As a parent those kinds of conversations, especially from people who don’t have kids, was very frustrating. I’ve worked retail, I’ve been without kids, but there’s a time and a place. The sales floor where mothers, parents and your consumers are is not that place. Very discouraging
