Great experience. Broody was very helpful in getting our new phones set up.
I was at the store many times. I was with my wife she started our plan together I was with Verizon she was with T-Mobile. They thought it would be good to upgrade to A5G network. Bullship don't do it. It's horrible and every time I've been in there they have not help me one bit

The representative at the store was argumentative and very condescending.. I will be going elsewhere even though the next nearest store is 20 miles. They lost sales on 2 phones today.
The team who works here does a fantastic job of providing knowledgeable customer service. If your phone's screen protector cracks or shatters and you buy a new one from anywhere (including Amazon, Target, etc), they will replace it for free. Shout-out to Tyler for providing this complimentary service for me today! Such a big help.
