I put my phone in washing machine. Needed it replaced quickly for work. Kyal was most helpful. I told him my requirements. He stated what they had in stock that met my needs. He was honest as he could have sold me a phone that was much more expensive but instead said these two are same for your needs. I appreciated that greatly as was not expecting this expense.

I went into this location due to my sons phone needing to be replaced. Joanna was absolutely incredible! She helped me get everything taken care of! Next time I have an issue I will just go straight to the store!!

Went in for some simple service help. Employee didn't seem willing to help do any extra work to help me out. Recommended use of verizon websites. I will give the employee credit, the verizon website was far more helpful than he was. I prefer conducting my business face to face. This was actually the first time in my life I was happy to deal with a website and chat help from a service representative rather than in-person help. Verizon has always offered great customer service to my family. Next time I need help I will drive to Tacoma.

I have wonderful things to say about the Yelm store. I have a medical condition and I call the store to see what I could do to spend the least amount of time in the store and Kyal answered and told he was able to complete my visit in about an hour. He was very knowledgeable with everything I needed and true to his word I was out the door in about an hour. He made my experience so pleasant and was able to explain everything thing I needed to know in a very pleasant manner. I would recommend this store to anyone. When I walked in Kyal was busy with a customer so Joanna help me until he was done and she was very kind and professional. Thank you for having such a wonderful store and employees I would rate this a 10 out of your 5 star rating and I will return.

Poor customer service. Went in the store wanting to look at new phones. I told the guy that I tried looking online and getting info on the phone and they did not have the info I was looking for. I called verizon and only got to text with someone. I was not going to buy a phone that way. He proceeded to try and prove me wrong that you can talk with someone. He was super rude. When I told him I would rather pay the 20.00 activation fee by phone. He got even worse and being very snappy. I did read the review about this before going in but I thought i would go in and see for my self. Well all I have to say is it didn't take long for me to see that the bad review was very correct. Wont be going back there again. That store lost my business
