Cascade Eye & Skin Centers of Gig Harbor

I have been there many times for the clear and brilliant treatments. Chris is awesome but the system as a whole stinks big time. The service is terrible. I wait on hold at least 11 minutes every time I call. That is not good customer service and as much as you pay you should get better service. There are many other places to go. Peninsula dermatology has been pretty good so far. Seems like a good alternative.

I found the office staff very friendly and kind. The dermatologist I saw was very friendly and took interest in me as a person. Medical input was competent and thorough.

Short wait for appointments. Good atmosphere. Efficient, professional, and friendly staff. I've never had to wear glasses before but as medicine bottles are starting to get fuzzy, I decided it was time to get my eyes checked. I like my first pair of glasses but one eye still seemed a bit fuzzier than I wanted. They were quick to get me back in and see what could be done to clear it up even more.

For several years I went to Cascade Skin and Eye in Gig Harbor to see a dermatologist, to have laser skin treatments, and vision care and glasses. Never have I been more publicly embarrassed in a doctor’s office. After spending over 1,000 dollars on laser skin treatments at Cascade the very rude front desk woman told me I would no longer be seen at Cascade because of an overdue medical bill they sent to the WRONG ADDRESS. The bill was left unpaid because I did not even receive it in the mail. I tried to explain this to her, she would not hear it. I was only 17 at the time and in a vulnerable position. They only care about your money here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to come here there are much better services at Pacific Northwest Eye Associates where they make their patients a priority.

Not sure who the other reviewers interacted with but the front staff were wonderful in my visit today. I was a little apprehensive after reading the other reviews but the staff must have changed or something because I had an overall great experience.
