We rented a house in Gig Harbor for 8 days and had two personal training sessions with Mike. He was fantastic with both me and my daughter. She is a Division I college athlete and he immediately tuned into what she was looking for in a training session. I have been doing HIIT and weight training back home and he equally fit the personalized approach to my session as well. I would highly recommend Mike for both local folks looking for a very solid and results oriented session as well as folks visiting and wanting the same. Mike is very knowledgeable about body fitness from beginners to advanced.
If you are serious about taking your fitness to next level, then you need to schedule a meeting with Mike. I am a 25 year gym rat and have never seen results like I am achieving with Mike. Highly personalized, motivating, and fun is the best way for me to describe Bodystar Studios! Thanks Mike for all your help!
