I went to my local Sprint Store and had an excellent experience. I was uncertain if I wanted to move up to the iPhone 11. Mo and Jacob are great teachers and they showed me the benefits of switching from my familiar iPhone 7. They know all about the Sprint products.They showed me how to make theniPhone 11work for me and I love it.nnA great place to go for your Sprint phones. Local store and great employees!!
Jacob and Mo are both exceptionally good at Customer service. The other day my new iPhone 11 Pro Max got frozen and wouldn’t work. Jacob tried his level best to help me even tho he was under the weather, he didn’t give up. These are the kinda people that make the society a better place. Both Jacob and Mo are a straight 10/10
customer service here is exceptional. i came in for a quote just out of curiosity and was helped right away by the store manager. when i walked through the doors she introduced herself with a smile and shook my hand. i’ve been burned by carriers in the past and was walking in without expecting to buy. but she explained all the charges thoroughly and helped me find a discount. not only that, but she was very friendly and professional throughout the interaction.. and even waived my fees! 10/10 experience and overall i appreciate the fact that i went home with a transparent quote and a good feeling. sprint is doing something right, bye verizon!!!
The employees were really helpful. I have a hard time at other stores sometimes so I only go to this one now. Jake & Moe are awesome!!
The store manager Moe went out of her way to fix the problems I was having with my bill. Went above & beyond. The other employees are really nice too. I always have a good experience at this store. Thanks Moe!!!
