Terrible costumer servicenSlow and inefficient
Worst customer service ever with their fed ex shipping. Charges over 90.00 for a small box to overnight. They never delivered the package and it was never returned. The manager contacted me once said she would get right back to me. I sent her another email no more reply. She blamed fed ex and they blame office depot. So not only didnt they deliver an emergency box of medications someone else got them...
Nice bright clean store with friendly employees. I needed assistance with 2 items, out of 6, but neither employee was very helpful. One couldn't locate what I needed (he was stocking that area) and the other directed me to the most expensive stylus without saying they also carried other varieties. I'm cutting the entire staff a lot of slack though, since the store was packed with parents and kids for back-to-school supplies. Overall a good experience. I snagged some great items on sale and the cashier was exceptionally patient, friendly and professional.
This store had a good selection of supplies and it was easy to find what I needed. Customer service could be improved.
