Oh wow, what a great new professional massage spot in Tacoma! I just had my first massage here, and it was awesome! The place is super clean and well run. The massage therapist was friendly and did an amazing deep tissue massage. Definitely check it out!nGreat place to get a massage. Great experience, definitely going back to this place!

I had a really wonderful and relaxing experience here. The massage therapist definitely know what I want, and she is really professional. I’ll definitely bring my friend next time to enjoy the massage together!

Went to get a massage with my friend, we went both at the same time, and requested the same type of massage. We both got seated together, and my friend got her massage right away. After watching my friend get her massage and still patiently waiting for mine. I was asked if i could wait 5 minutes since the other masseuse needed to finish a massage from another client. I could see this and i agree, I waited 10 mins or so. Then the masseuse began to massage me. Now the building is not that big so i can see her finishing the last massage, and i couldn't help but notice. She didn't wash her hands at all. She went from touching another person body, to me without washing her hands. Not even sanitizing her hands or something! Blew my mind. I calmed myself down and let the massage finish. The massage itself wasn't that great. ( I am still super sore a day later, and the water they put my feet into so it can soak, was ice cold.) Afterwards, my masseuse told me i was done, and walked out of the room. Didn't help me out of the blanket they place on you or give me my belongings that she removed. I had to search from my belongings. I paid for my massage and as i begin to leave, my masseuse goes through my transaction. And she stops me to ask why i didn't give her a tip! Then begins to tell me that my friend (who was serviced before i did, had a different masseuse, and who already paid) gave them a tip. I was flabbergasted. shocked. embarrassed.nI would have gladly given her a tip had i been treated fairly. I will never go back there. Oh yeah and here a tip: WASH YOUR HANDS BETWEEN CUSTOMERS!
