Red Bottle Nail Bar

I wanted to love Red Bottle Nail Bar. Customer service was excellent and the atmosphere is well put together and relaxing. I got my nails done in November 28th we discussed why gel wouldn’t work because of the length so he had me get dip which I was okay with because I would like to have a healthier natural nail. I did have to buff my nails after because there was a texture to them which I’m not a fan of. I went back in on the 8th to have 3 nails repaired and they responded and had me back in the salon to fix them within 2 hours. Unfortunately I had another break off the other day so I decided to cancel my appointment. I do think I will go back in eventually to try out on of their pedicures simply because I enjoy the conversation and vibe throughout the place.

Fantastic Nail Salon. I have visited several times now and I always leave feeling well-taken care of.nEverything is clean, quiet and relaxing. The customer service is great, as everyone is very sweet and makes sure everything is up to your standards.nPlus, they are very on top of their Covid-19 Regulations.nThis is now my favorite salon and I would recommend anyone of my friends or family to them in a heartbeat!

I made an appointment and showed up on time only to find they had taken in too many walk- in appointments and didn't have space for me. They did offer me a discount for having to reschedule but this is unacceptable way to treat customers.

Always clean and they do a ln amazing job.

Got a mani pedi at this salon just yesterday. The pedicure was beautiful and really nice and I suspect it will last a good long while. However, the manicure wasn't anything like the pedicure and wasn't nearly as neat (french tips). The worst part is is that it is already chipping less than 24 hours later (regular polish, not gel). I'm not sure if it's old polish or what, but it simply didn't last.nnNice people and salon, but mediocre quality on the nails.
