The problem with price discrimination is that poorly-trained staff tend to mix things up. One group of customers is billed at $85/hr; another group is billed at $152/hr (like insurance claims). Services aren't covered in antitrust regulation so this place manages to dodge a Robinson-Patman violation. I was paying out of pocket and billed at $152, like I was an insurance company they were trying to bilk. No apologies have been forthcoming... just condescending platitudes. No refund yet -- good thing there are legal remedies that apply here.
This is what I love about Bethany. Always on time, always a clean room/table, easy to talk to or, if needed, quiet while I fall asleep. :) She will crush your bones or give a light massage at your request. Always a good experience!
Bethany is an incredibly intuitive and skillful massage therapist. Truly brilliant!!nnI will only go anywhere else when out of town, and no one ever comes close to her skill level. She is the best at what she does. Can not recommend highly enough!
Bethany was absolutely great; professional but personable enough to make me feel comfortable. I unfortunately was late to my appointment and I appreciated that she was able to work with me on still getting a massage. I carry my stress in muscle knots all around my should blades, and she had a perfect balance of pressure while gauging my pain factor. Bethany was also thorough; though attention was given to my most painful muscles, my feet, neck and hands were not forgotten. I left my appointment feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders with such relief from my back pain.
Great service and a wonderful healing massage! Highly recommend.
