I got three facials from Colleen, and was reasonably happy with the results. However, when I needed to reschedule an appointment I could not get a hold of her at all. I called the number that she gave me repeatedly, I texted her, and I tried using the website. Nothing. No response what so ever. I choose to believe that it is technical difficulty and not her blatantly ignoring me.nI could not get a hold of her and just stopped going. THREE MONTHS LATER (after continued radio silence) I get a $70 charge to my debit card from Bell LaVita out of nowhere. Again I reached out, and nothing. DO NOT GO HERE, the facials are fine but this is some sketchy business practice and I am not okay with having my money stolen.

Colleen gives the best facials hands down! Her touch is soothing and you can tell she really loves what she does as you can feel it as she works. She is always expanding and offering new services. She is a licensed Estitician and offers a full range of beauty and skincare services. You can also book a massage, eyelashes, and manicure. Perfect gift for yourself, special lady, mom or sister.

This place is absolutely amazing. I got a facial done with Colleen and had so many people comment on how clean and great my skin looked. The price coupled with the quality was such a great deal.
