I apologize for not writing this months ago: Chabeli helped me at the NoHo Tile Center showroom and was amazing. Before the mandatory lockdown was put into affect, she was aware of how important it was to keep us both protected. Chabeli had hand sanitizer, napkins, and even an extra mask for me that I could keep in the car as a personal backup. She was thorough in showing me various options for floor tile and backsplash at different price points. I wanted (and purchased everything in white) after Chabeli explained, in depth, how specific finishes etc. would (or wouldn’t) meet my needs. I had a horrible contractor who gave me a sketch with measurements that made no sense. I asked Chabeli if she was willing to speak with him over the phone and she graciously accepted. As she spoke with the contractor while looking at the sketch, Chabeli figured it out herself (I hung up on him when she handed the phone back to me). The price of everything I purchased at the NoHo Tile Center was great considering the high quality of the products. Again, sorry this took forever. Thank you Chabeli! I’ll be back soon so I can redo my foyer and bathroom floors.
