Paid for priority 2 day. Im sitting at the dock, waiting for my package. I get the text update, your package was delivered. what? so i call. USPS 800 number takes 25 minutes for them to answer, then I get a lady who wont listen telling me just to call 5 points. gives me the wrong number. So you call 5 points, they dont pick up the phone. the call timed out after ringing for >8 minutes 4 times. 4 TIMES! Then the lady that answers says, oh yeah, they delivered to ### address. thats not my address! so I call over to the address she gave me, the company says, yeah, half our mail gets delivered 9 miles up the road. Guess where my packages are. 2 hours of aggravation, I still dont have my priority 2 day delivery. oh, and they close at 1pm on Saturdays, so dont expect them to pick up the phone after 1230!

Wish mail service would be privatized. Post office is a waste of time as it takes forever to get anything done. All I wanted to do was pick up mail and apparently it takes a highly educated individual to open a box to retrieve mail. I had to wait over 20 minutes just for the crack job to find someone worthy enough in skills to get mail for me.

Someone at your location is GOD AWFUL at his job when it comes to delivering parcels (Alamosa neighborhood). Identify him, enroll him in basic literacy classes, and give him a raise because he's probably terrible due to the drudgery of postal life. It must be said that the people who usually help me in the office are very kind. One additional star for the nice but obviously worn out office people.

I also think the employees are stealing shipments. The post person signed my signature and walked with $120 worth of stuff. If they didn't directly take it then gross negligence applies. Yall are liable plane and simple.

I had mail sent to this state (and post office) by mistake and haven't been able to contact them for 3 days straight. For 3 days I've been trying to call them and they never picked up. Ever. Before those 3 days, they've picked up only once, said they'd check with the carrier and call back, and they never called back. I just want my package to come home.
