If you want to drop 1400 on a new phone with Apple care you can just roll in red carpet style. If for some reason you need to use your Apple care heaven help you, you’re going to wait 2 weeks for an appointment, and dropping the phone off for repair is out of the question. This store is a huge disappointment , you can see the management only cares about the $$$. Nothing worse than an Apple store trained to be vulture culture .
Not the easiest place to shop during the pandemic.... other stores more accommodating. Required an appointment just to look around which we were unaware of. Drove All the way to Tacoma. Other stores were limiting the number of patrons, but not the Apple store. They did bring out some merchandise for us to see to the mall where we waited. We never did make it inside.
Unqualified staff. I do not blame the employees, I blame the managers and training team. The employees do not know how to repair phones or macs. I had to go in several times before they were able to fix my products. The only reason they were able to do that during our last visit was because the employee said that he wasn't trained by the current team and had a different manger when he initially started. Incompetent on so many levels.nnAlso, due to COVID, they are giving a preference to those who want to make a purchase over ones who need repair. While I understand this to some extent, you have to at least give some attention to your current customers. Ones that have bought products from you for years. Just because I am in need of a repair, that doesn't make me any less of a customer.
