The website keeps glitching out I cant even look at the phones they have what a waist of time
The young lady who helped me on 01/11 was great. However the data reception indoors was horrible. I tried to return the phone with the guidelines of the policy and was shut down by another employee. STAY FAR AWAY from this company. I will definitely spread the word among family and friends.
The lady who helped me was really good, she asked me what I was looking for in a phone then helped pick a few out and explained the differences between each phone I was interested in. Staff was not pushy at all and didn't pressure me into something I didn't want or need. I really liked that. Most other phone places are WAY TOO PUSHY. The only thing that could be better was if the staff looked a little happier

My phone totally shut down on me. Tried shut it off and was having a bad day all together because it is my work phone. Cara on 38th st Pcs Store had an awesome attitude when I walked in. She went to work with a smile you can tell was genuine and opened my phone and got it going without losing any of my book or business contacts.nnThank you Cara
