My experience personally was good as usual. The staff is helpful and usually friendly. I'm satisfied with the help as always,. I am taking a star away due to having to wait in line for longer than I expected, when I was running on schedule until I stopped in to grab some oil and filter, also what happened to the little display with the bubble buttons to show me what filter goes for my vehicle? This also took up some extra time because doing my own research I didn't know the filter codes come brand-specific. Different brand = different code. It's not always bad,. Just 1 star deduction for this particular visit I think is very fair.

Was in here for chain degreaser and lube for my bike a few nights ago. The guy at the register began bragging to me about how he ran over a motorcycle and is now suing the motorcyclist. Please tell me HOW that’s an appropriate discussion to not only have with a customer, but to brag about to a customer who very clearly rides motorcycles. Two thumbs down.
