If I could give them a negative rating, I would. Save your time and money, avoid these guys!nFirstly, I called them and the earliest I could set up an appointment was a week later. On the day of, I confirmed the appointment in the morning. I was running 15 minutes late and called them several times and left various voice messages. However, when I arrived, the man informed me that I would need to wait two hours since they thought I was a no-show and they had taken a walk-in customer. Basically, I'd wait 2 hours for them to start working on my car and 2 more hours for the tint job. Their voice mail goes to another branch and they don't answer their phone. Due to their good reviews, I waited a week to get an appointment, only to be told that I'd need to wait for a walk-in customer! Their quote is also higher than others. I found another company who did it for a fraction of their price.
They’re amazingly staffed! Mike and Kai did an amazing job getting me in, helping me understand what I’m getting and making sure it’s the best. I highly recommend getting work from these guys!!
Mike did an amazing job on my tint. I have a ‘09 Genesis that looks like a brand new car after I left Foss. Plus as a friendly reminder to not put my windows down for a period of time they took the time to put tape down on all of the buttons. These guys were awesome. If you need to get your tint done DEFINITELY check Foss out.
They were on prompt, very professional, and sweet when helping. Offered me the best price for window tinting on my car. Would definitely use them again.
