I have to be neutral. This place is like the Department of Licensing sit around and wait or better yet you stand around and wait and wait and wait
Went in today to adjust my plan, was hesitant because I didn’t want to be hassled. Frank provided great customer service and was genuinely nice and willing to help. Was in and out in 10 minutes! Good experience overall!

Frank and his crew are always on top of Covin-19 cleaning and helping keeping the traffic flow of people needing to pay bills and other services. Great job Xfinity store.
It takes forever to actually talk to an agent when you have issues, even then it’s a call center that’s not even in this state. The wifi is always crashing. your bill increases every year and along with automatically updating your contract. I’m glad i now pay $100 for 39.0 MBPs. Boingo is better then these guys.
