I am changing my 1-star review to a 4-star because the manager reached out to me very quickly after I posted, and worked with me to correct the issues we were having with employees and accessories. She also promised to work with employees regarding customer service. I'm very pleased with how she worked to resolve our problems.
Added a fifth family line today with a phone we already had. Easy, only an extra 30 bucks per month. In and out quick!
I'd rather go to this store than the one closer to my house - the customer service here is great!
Just went in to the store was considering switching over and buying a new phone then in the middle of our transaction the customer service rep got a phone call and took it and just kept talking on the phone like we weren’t even there! Rude and disrespectful horrible customer service we are going elsewhere since the service there was way less then stellarud83dude23
Almost didn't use this location because of these reviews so I feel compelled to say that I had a great experience. Ray was really patient and friendly amid a time consuming process of switching over from AT&T. He was super competent throughout and helped speed the process along much better than the poor guy from AT&T. Also, I watched the way he treated his older female customers with the same patience and helpfulness, even when their questions were a bit out of touch with modern tech. Both Jacob and Ray seemed genuinely nice and down to earth, and I like going to a store where the staff talk like real people instead of bland customer service machines. ud83dudc4d
