The customer service representative was absolutely rude. I will never come back here again! I came to spend money at this location, but I decided to leave after the customer service representative was rude.
Don’t come to this store. Management is horrible. Lazy beyond belief. The tv and what is on the managers phone is more important then his actually job. To top it off the manager answered his phone while he was helping me and it sounded like he has a second job or something. Wish my job would pay me to do my other job. Hygiene should be a requirement he did not smell good, the store was nasty as well. Upper management must be desperate to put someone like that in charge. I will take my business lines elsewhere. Don’t come to this store!
We recieved a better trade for iPhone 7 then we originally paid. They took care of us very quickly!
Went to the AT&T Bridgeport and lady I found there was much help to me, thanks once more and continue giving people the best of your ability
