Went in over the weekend to finally get myself and wife on a family plan. I called ahead to see what the customer demand was and was given a suggested window to arrive since the consultant was with a customer currently and had another scheduled later. We arrived with our two children in tow and were pleasantly greeted and walked through the entire process. Some of the porting didn’t go too smooth, but it was IT and computer issues; it happens. Our consultant, Brittany was pleasant and professional. We had to order a phone that wasn’t in stock, and even though it arrived late in the day we got a call to come in to set it up. She and the store manager stayed late to make it happen. Truly above and beyond!

Jacob was an awesome help. I went to e different Sprint stores looking for a solution but Jacob was the only one knowledgeable enough to actually get me the solution I was looking for. When I come back, I will be requesting to only work with him!
