I absolutely Love JCPenney but this location at the Tacoma Mall has got to have THE WORST Curbside PickUp I've ever felt with!! It's terrible, after speaking to an employee the wait time is at least 20 minutes every time I do CurbSide Pickup. I have never waited this long at any other place I've done Curbside Pickup at, pretty sad you would think that Penney's would be more on top of it. I'm here right now waiting which is what made me decide maybe I should leave a review this time because I have been waiting almost 25 minutes now after getting off the phone with the woman who answered my call and still no sign of anyone coming out!! I'm the only curbside pickup out here and have been the only one! Just be ready to wait for awhile if you're doing Curbside Pickup!

Had a jcp cc, fell on 2020 hard times. I scheduled a payment to settle but two weeks later instead of processing the payment they charged off my account and sent it to collections. When I tried to call in to fix it they say it will take 30 days to even consider the dispute.
