Ryan is genuinely one of the sweetest pharmacy technicians I have ever dealt with. Always very kind and efficient! The staff here is always so accommodating
BEWARE, They overcharged me several hundred, yes hundreds of dollars on a single prescription. The manager/pharmacist, Tracy then accused me of unethical, dishonest behavior by asking her to honor the price my phone was displaying to us on a Rx discount website. That woman should not be allowed near customers.
IF YOUR HEALTH IS A PRIORITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT TO YOU. Save yourself the hassle and aggravation and take your medications elsewherwhere.
Tracy (the manager) is an exemplary Pharmacist and an all around great person. Her care and compassion go a long way when you're not at your best. In fact Ryan, Suzanne, most all of the Walmart pharmacy staff do very well in my book.
I would definitely recommend that you go to another pharmacy unless you want to wait 3 days to get your prescription filled. They say they have many prescriptions to fill, but stay at the register with no one in line instead of filling set prescriptions. Lazy, slow, and procrastinators is how I would describe this location. I will never go here again.
