Cashier is enough for customers~ Always waiting for too long~
Appalling behavior. I went to Macy's to get an outfit for my son's birthday. 10 minutes into the store I was profiled by their ignorant staff for the size of my purse. I was followed by their staff and questioned by police after I made my purchase and left the store. After they determined that I had in fact purchased my items they just left. No apology nothing! I will never return here.
Love shopping at Macy's online, I had to return an item in person and it took me less than 2 minutes. Impressive.
It's Macy's what can I say, predictable mid to high-end items reflected by price. Nice clearance Shoe Sale area though, got a very nice pair of loafers at greater than half price off.
Great day, especially for a Black Friday event. Great spacing, great service, no attitudes!
