I highly recommend coming to see Scott for your sunglass needs! Although I was only coming in to make a return, he was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I would love to come in again to find the perfect pair of sunglasses!
I never write reviews. It is rare that a company impacts my life enough to take time to write one. My card was double charged for one pair of sunglasses on January first and I have yet to be refunded for it now on January 16th. If I hadn’t caught the double charge in my bank account I am seriously doubting they would have contacted me about it. I had to initiate the phone calls I even had to drive back to the mall, bank statements in hand to get the ball really rolling. I was given a promo code for 30% off my next purchase for all my trouble. I just tried to use it online and it is invalid. This place has got to be the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I am telling everyone I know to never go here.
Brought sunglasses that I dropped, they fixed them for me and cleaned my other ones with no charge. Very nice people.
Love this location.
