I would like to commend Ms. Kristy Tran. Ms. Tran is a wonderful young lady. She is a very respectful person. Knowledgeable, caring and great personality. I felt so relax, just like how it feels when you are with someone you know. She helped my husband and I find the piece of land where we will rest in peace, according to our needs. (I hope many, many years from now) . She did not stop showing us different areas, until we found the one we liked the most.nnMs. Tran also helped me select my funeral services, I'm happy with the package we put together. she tried her best to give us the best deal.nnI'm very happy she was assigned to help us. I would give Rose Hills 6 stars if I could. This is the most beautiful cemetery in the world with magnificent views. We especially enjoyed the tour of the old Mausoleum where a scene from Terminator 2 was filmed. The old mausoleum is an absolute gem! Our experience with Rose Hills has been positive. Hing Hong assisted my family with our purchases and we now consider each other friends. He is someone we trust and would send him referrals. He is knowledgeable and compassionate. He has so much energy it's contagious. God bless Hing and his family. He is our angel and has done so much for our family. People don't normally think about buying plots or services, but if you are thinking about this, make sure you ask for Mr. Hong.

Family Support Advisor, Cecelia Chan was a godsend for us. She guided us when my mother passed away a couple of years ago and again recently when my father passed. Cecelia provided our family much comfort by taking care of all of our needs in a sincere and compassionate manner on both occasions. She was always ready and eager to help us with every detail of our needs. Thank you so much, Cecelia. You are a beautiful person and we appreciate you so much!

When my grandmother passed away, our family didn’t know what to do. My best friend referred me to Cecilia Chan who is a Family Support Advisor at Rose Hills. She was also helping my best friend for her father’s funeral. Cecilia is very detail-oriented, professional and compassionate. She provided us with all the details and guided us through the whole process during our difficult time. After my grandmother funeral, we understand how important it is to have pre-planning. Cecilia helped us for our family pre-planning and we know that she will take care us the same way she took care my grandmother. We are happy we found Cecilia and highly recommend her professional service.
